Job description: Junior Project Leader will be responsible for end to end project management of the assigned orders including tracking order progress, coordinating site installation and network change activities as well as coordinating internal and external teams to deliver service in a timely manner. Junior Project Leader will be working closely with the Project Leaders and Project Manager who can help her or him learning new aspects related to the job, organization, certain behaviours or competencies. Key Tasks and Activities: • Planning, organizing and tracking multiple orders for new network installations • Tracking the progress throughout all stages of the order delivery including design, site survey, out of scope activities, physical installation and network • Effectively documenting customer issues and delays • Issuing and monitoring change requests and arranging site access • Providing real time work progress reports and updating inventory systems • Ensure customer’s and internal teams are updated with up to date order information and timelines • Maintaining a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with customers and internal teams Our requirements: • very good English (written and spoken- capable to negotiate technically and commercially) • university degree in engineering or sciences would be an asset • experience in IT / Telecommunications industry is a plus • excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate freely within multinational team • ability to work independently and as part of a team • ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, strong organization and time management skills • action oriented, willingness to take accountability and making decisions under time pressure • ability to negotiate and moderate discussions We offer: • the opportunity to work in a multinational company • career development within global structure • attractive salary • medical package
