⭕ How are we going to challenge you? You will be responsible for the full hiring process in Łódź branch. You will be faced with identifying people, who appear to be a good fit for our company and identifying opportunities to recruit at local job fairs and similar gatherings of potential applicants. You will manage a variety of vacancies and prioritize them on the fly (you would typically be responsible for ~ 5 open positions at a time, across multiple roles and projects.). You will work on delivering fresh and original sourcing and talent attraction strategies in IT environment and test your skills in Employer Branding. Our ideal candidate should: Have proven solid experience (at least 2 years) in IT recruitment (best fit: software house) Be self-motivated and feels comfortable working with minimal supervision Easily build long term relationship within the team and outside of an organization. Yes, we appreciate if your network on LinkedIn counts more than 500 people! Have perfect communication skills both in Polish and English Sales skills to present company offer during interviews and attract candidates Not only understand that employer branding is crucial in bringing the best people, but also be able to implement at least the basic methods Be definitely a “social person”, who is eager to network and talk to others and has enough empathy to understand others’ needs Autonomously execute multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines to get the job done Be result oriented and have excellent negotiation skills Sounds interesting?
