Credit Control Assistant with fluent English Workplace: Kraków Region Name: małopolskie Reference Number: TAKCC0216 We are recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant with fluent English. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. All training and work will be carried out in English. Responsibilities: Credit check customers to ensure that they are creditworthy for our clients. Administration of our customer’s sales ledger. Production of reports in Excel. Liaise with clients to resolve queries. Ensure high standard of service to meet our clients’ expectations. Requirements: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential and experience of working in an English speaking country would be an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and MS Outlook. Good interpersonal and analytical skills. The ability to understand documents and data and write clear letters and emails.
