⭕ PMO Specialist supports all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. PMO Specialist will primary support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with bigger projects but also lead medium size projects or project work streams. PMO Specialist will also be responsible for producing MI function within PMO. Key Accountabilities: - To organize project structure and documentation flow, - Use standardized structure for project documentation, ensuring that all team members understand and use it, generating necessary documents (including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports), - Organize and hold work stream progress meetings, - Track and monitor project progress, - To update project documentation on ongoing basis, - Identifying and escalate potential risks and issues, taking corrective actions and reviewing how more serious risks and issues might impact on scope, schedule, quality or cost of the project, - Support delivery of process improvements and related financial benefits through usage of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, Requirements: - Knowledge of banking processes, organizational structures and their functions, - Project Management methodology, - At least 1 year experience in project management, - At least 1 year experience in financial institution or IT, - Ability to work independently as well as a team member, - Strong organisational skills, - Knowledge of English language ability to manage a complex workload, We offer: - Stable job in professional team, - Interesting path of career in an international organization - Private health care, employees’ benefits.
